The Challenge
Real estate agents from disparate locations require easy access and fast retrieval of maps. Making trips to the county clerk's office to dig through unwieldy map books or antiquated software was simply not cost-effective and wasted valuable resources.
 

The Solution
MonsterDaata developed a Web-based map viewing application, MapTracker 1.0, based on NetVue, a feature of ImageGear Enterprise. MapTracker makes the process of locating, viewing and distributing tax and flood maps from the county tax assessor's office simple and efficient.
MapTracker also plays a major role in the agents' sale process. Utilizing the technology of NetVue, realtors can zoom-in to look at different land lots and surveys, annotate the images, and print them to show to prospective buyers.
