The AutoCAD module can be added on to Prizm Content Connect or Prizm Content Connect Plus to add drawing file types to over 300 other file formats that can be opened, annotated, and collaborated-on inside the browser.

Prizm Content Connect's AutoCAD module lets you view and share engineering and architectural drawing files quickly and in high fidelity, with no client side software downloads required. You can create read-only files by specifying permissions using Digital Rights Management calls to the API. This enables you to retain full control of document content, printing, navigation, pan control and even saving. Permissions created using Digital Rights Management are not stored in the document itself, allowing you to preserve the original content.

Installing the AutoCAD module alongside Prizm Content Connect allows all of the enterprise's users to share engineering drawings, without needing to install additional software on each individual machine. Users can view and markup drawings (using Prizm Content Connect Plus) within a web browser, facilitating collaboration over the intranet.

Supported File Formats include DWG, DXF, DWF and DGN.
