Founder and CEO

Scott Warner

Scott Warner, Chairman, founded AccuSoft in 1985. Prior to AccuSoft, Mr. Warner operated a product development and business consulting firm. Besides his role in helping shape the strategic direction for AccuSoft, he is an active board member for other growth-oriented companies as well as an angel investor and advisor to startups.

President and CFO

Tom Leone

Tom Leone, President and Chief Financial Officer for AccuSoft, is responsible for the management and overall operations of the company. Tom brings 20 years of experience in various financial management and leadership roles in the high technology sector. Prior to joining AccuSoft, Tom served as CFO of several software and information technology consulting companies, including Applied Insurance Research, Coriva, ADEPT, and CareTools, and held a variety of senior financial positions at Epsilon Data Management. Tom’s experience includes managing the financial operations for rapidly growing organizations, and leading several financing and acquisition transactions. Tom received his BA in Business and Accounting from Bryant College and a Masters in Business Administration from Bentley College.

Vice President of Sales

Richard Noyes

Richard Noyes, Vice President of Sales for AccuSoft, draws on more than 16 years of high tech software experience when managing the sales organization at AccuSoft. Among his previous positions Rich was Director of North American Sales at Macromedia, Allaire, Sybase and Powersoft. Under his leadership, sales organizations ranging from small start-ups to $128 Million divisions have produced top results and record growth. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Adams State College.

Chief Technical Officer

Gennadiy Viazmitinov

Gennadiy Viazmitinov, Chief Technical Officer for AccuSoft, is responsible for managing the engineering organization at AccuSoft as well as providing technical direction and vision for the company. Gennadiy brings over 12 years of research and development experience in the high-tech industry with a focus in the imaging and telecommunications fields. Gennadiy is one of the initial core developers of the company's flagship ImageGear product line. Through his previous role as ImageGear Project Leader, Gennadiy actively managed ImageGear's success throughout the years. Gennadiy holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia.

Vice President, Operations and Corporate Counsel

David Frischling

David Frischling, Vice President, Operations and Corporate Counsel brings to AccuSoft over a decade of professional experience. David is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at AccuSoft, including IT, Human Resources, and the administrative staff. David also oversees AccuSoft's legal department. Prior to joining AccuSoft, David was a senior attorney at the Massachusetts Office of Child Care Services. Prior to that, David was an associate at Glovsky, Milberg, and Tarlow, an employment and litigation firm. David is co-founder Canty & Associates, LLC, an information-based Internet venture. David received his JD from Boston University and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.
