Convert Office documents to PDF

Prizm Content Connect for Documentum allows users to convert any of the supported formats, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, to PDF and SWF on the server. This enables your organization to standardize on PDF, for example, regardless of the varied file formats coming into the system, making it easier to share and secure information internally, and with external partners and customers as well.

All rendering, viewing, access, and conversion of documents is done within the Prizm Content Connect platform, so there is no need to purchase additional format-specific software licenses.

No more waiting in line

Prizm Content Connect's AJAX document viewer is not a virtual printer based server. A virtual printer based converter spools and queues documents for conversion, resulting in a single document conversion at a time. Prizm Content Connect's thin client document viewer is based on a Multiple Tenancy Concept, allowing multiple users to access the server at the same time.
