	Customers can use this form to request product registration codes for previously purchased Accusoft Pegasus products. Please submit as much information as possible. If you did not purchase through Accusoft Pegasus directly, but through one of our distributors or TMSSequoia, you must first use the Product Registration Form, and then the Lost Codes Form.
