AccuSoft Ships 64-Bit Version of Award-Winning ImageGear Product in Addition to New Plug-in Components for Developers in the Scientific Market
Company Also Announces ImageGear Version 14.5 in Beta Testing

PHILADELPHIA, PA., — May. 17, 2005 — AccuSoft® Corporation announced today from the AIIM ON DEMAND conference that it is shipping a 64-bit version of its ImageGear® developers toolkit, as well as new plug-in components that will enable it to target ImageGear to developers creating applications for the scientific market. Additionally, the Company announced that ImageGear Version 14.5, featuring support for raw camera files, has entered beta testing and is expected to ship in June.

The introduction of ImageGear for 64bit maintains AccuSoft’s position as the leader in the imaging market, and provides customers with dramatic performance improvements for their imaging and image-enabled applications. ImageGear for 64bit is available for both Intel/Itanium and AMD 64-bit processors for Microsoft Windows platforms, as well as Sun Solaris and HP-UX for UNIX platforms, and is priced from $3,995.

The two new optional components available for ImageGear – Advanced Data and Image Processing, and Advanced Core and Visualization – make ImageGear an ideal choice for developers creating advanced applications for the scientific market. The components represent the Company’s continued investment in powerful imaging, mathematics and analysis algorithm technologies, which are targeted at researchers and scientists, and are the first of several new components that will be released over the coming months. The components are priced from $995 per component.

ImageGear Version 14.5, which has entered in beta testing, includes support for more than 50 raw camera file formats, as well as Adobe DNG (Digital Negative Format) and TIFF/EP (Electronic Photograph).
