Partnerships with TechMax and Engineering Software Lab

China and Israel-based Firms to Resell VisiQuest Image and Data Analysis Software Solution and ImageGear Imaging Toolkit
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass., — July 31, 2006 — AccuSoft® Corporation, the global leader in imaging and data analysis solutions, announced today distribution partnerships with Shanghai, China-based TechMax and Tel Aviv, Israel-based Engineering Software lab, ltd, (E.S.L.). TechMax provides scientific and engineering software solutions to customers seeking networked services, such as training and implementation services, and will resell AccuSoft’s VisiQuest® and ImageGear® products in China. Specializing in the distribution, support, integration, localization, and development of Value Added Services for scientific, mathematical, analytical, and financial engineering software, E.S.L. will distribute VisiQuest and ImageGear in Israel and Cyprus.
