Lisa Saunders is a Technical Writer/Online Help Developer at Accusoft Pegasus. She has been a technical communicator for 17 years and has experience designing and writing documentation for a variety of products and organizations; including technical communication, training documentation, help systems (standalone, web-based and integrated), marketing collateral, best practices, process improvement initiatives, wikis and web content development. Lisa is currently responsible for designing application programming interface (API) help systems for developers that specialize in imaging technology.
