SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR will not experience any more service packs or upgrades. It is Accusoft's product strategy to add its features to other products. Current SmartScan Xpress customers are eligible and encouraged to upgrade to the new Accusoft product versions.

SmartZone ICR / OCR is the upgrade path for customers currently using SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR for zonal OCR and/or zonal ICR (English only).

FormFix is the upgrade path for customers requiring form identification, form registration, form dropout, and OMR features previously included in SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR.

OCR Xpress can be used for full-page OCR.
