Accusoft Announces the Acquisition of Vuzit

Improved functionality and features to be offered to Vuzit customers

TAMPA, Fla. – June 24, 2015 – Accusoft the leading provider of content viewing, control and collaboration, today announces the acquisition of Vuzit and it’s assets. Vuzit provides companies with a document sharing and collaboration platform to enable employee productivity and effective workflows.

In the next few days, Accusoft will be reaching out to Vuzit’s customers and transitioning them to Accusoft Cloud Services’ viewing component, Prizm Viewer. Updating Vuzit’s current viewing technology to Accusoft Cloud Services will enhance the current user experience for all existing Vuzit users and also enable them to use some of the unique technology offered by Accusoft.
