Employee Quotes

| See what Accusoft Pegasus employees say about working here. |
"Management truly cares about the employees and tries very hard to keep job satisfaction levels high. Whether it's big, splashy events (like the company-wide rewards cruise), quality of life amenities (such as the employee gym) or even down to the smallest details (free soda and snacks), I think Pegasus is doing the right things to make this a great place to work."
Marc, Business Development
"I enjoy working on a wide range of leading-edge technologies. I like the fact that my contributions have a direct impact on the success of the company and that the contributions are recognized as being important."
Stephen, Software Development
"What I like best about working at Pegasus is being surrounded by such brilliant and talented people. Not surprisingly, the environment seems to spur along my own performance as well."
John, Business Development
"The three best things about working at Pegasus: the opportunity to develop cool technology; the smart people I get to work with; and the work I do makes a visible difference to the bottom line and to our customers. I've been learning new things since the day I started, and I don't see an end to that any time soon."
Tom, Management
"From the CEO on down, Pegasus has the most supportive and positive management that I have encountered in my professional career."
Dan, Software Development
"Pegasus is a great place to work because you always feel appreciated. If the company is successful, the benefits are shared in the form of cruises, bonuses, baseball games, barbecues and other social events. Also, management does a good job of promoting the sense we are all working towards a common goal."
Brian, Software Development
"I've never been around so many smart people. They really challenge you and make you want to learn more just to keep up. Management seems to have a much deeper understanding of the technology and industry than any executives I have worked for in the past. People genuinely like to work here."
Steve, Software Development
"I have never worked with such intelligent, creative people where there is no arrogance. At Pegasus, everyone contributes from our President and PHD Scientists to our interns. It's a great environment to learn from the best and be recognized for your contributions."
Julie, Management
"Working at Pegasus gives me the opportunity to work with and learn from some wonderful people."
Phil, Business Development
"As the founder and largest shareholder of Pegasus it is a real pleasure for me to go to the office, and has been every day for nearly sixteen years. I love going 'to work' for the challenges, the intelligence, and the energy of the day to day activity here. My view is unique, but it is hard to imagine anyone working here and not being able to feed off of this environment and learn from the diverse group of great people we have. I know I do everyday."
Jack, President and CEO
"The best thing about Pegasus is that there are many "best and brightest" people here. I especially appreciate their diverse backgrounds and perspectives."
Butch, Software Development
"Pegasus offers interesting, challenging work and great people."
Ed, Software Development
"Pegasus offers a great work environment, benefits and has a tremendous caliber of leadership."
Rob, Management
"I've worked at a number of small and large software development companies. Saying that everyone counts and can make a difference are not just clichés here. There is no one whom you cannot approach and share ideas with and fortunately titles are not obstacles to these conversations here. Yes, one can even argue their ideas with the president of the corporation. It is a really open environment."
Norton, Software Development
"Working here at Pegasus has always been a pleasure and has also remained very challenging and rewarding over the years. There are very kind and special people at all levels that I'm involved with. I'm one of the many long-time employees and I'll celebrate my 10th anniversary this year with Pegasus!"
Guy, Software Development
"Accusoft Pegasus is a company I am proud to work for. The perks that the company offers the employees are VERY generous. It is nice to work for a company that cares and appreciates the employees."
Pamela, Accounting
"The best thing about working at Pegasus is the relaxed working environment. It's easy to work with my peers and to focus on my work."
Jeannie, Marketing
"To me, what I like about Pegasus is a mixture of the people and the simplicity of the company. When I first got here a year ago, I was pretty impressed at how a company that sells products worldwide was only composed of 60 or so employees and housed here in Tampa. The previous company I worked with had hundreds of employees and was very robust in regards to policies, procedures, and protocol. But they were only a nationwide company and very unorganized due to that bureaucracy."
Howard, Software Development

Social Activities
| Employees may volunteer on Accusoft Pegasus's "Social Committee" to plan and help with monthly, company-sponsored social events. We invite all employees to attend; many events include spouses, guests, and family. Great ideas result from increased interaction throughout the company, and these events get people out of their offices and talking to each other. Ranging from holiday parties to picnics and on-site events, there seems to be something for everyone.
The company encourages charitable contributions of time and money to give back to the community in which we live. In many cases Accusoft Pegasus will match dollars raised for good causes, and management will often choose to take special interest in raising technology skills and awareness in the local community.

As you walk through the Tampa headquarters, you will see private office spaces and various teams meeting together in conference rooms, all moving forward on projects. Free sodas, coffee, and snacks are provided on every floor. Employees' own landscape and cityscape photographs are autographed, framed and displayed in the hallways. Pegasus promotes a healthy lifestyle by providing an in-house gym and showers for employees to use before, during, or after their work day. The game lounge offers couches, a TV, video games, pool table, and foosball table. A riverfront park is right down the road for those who enjoy a relaxing walk or jog, and a beautiful entry-level atrium is available for employees to share lunch, read, or simply take a break to enjoy the tropical foliage and Florida sunlight. The Atlanta and Marlborough offices promote a similarly positive working environment.

As the company grows, management wishes to continually nurture the "small company" feeling it was founded with, and combine that with "large company" benefits, processes, and structure. A testament to this great environment is the fact that many Accusoft Pegasus employees have been with the company for 10 years or longer. Since 1991, Accusoft Pegasus has progressed and grown through solid leadership and the talent of its employees. Today, the company recognizes this fact and strives to reward those who have contributed with a variety of perks, a complete benefits package, and a healthy work environment.
