Management Team
Jack founded Accusoft (Pegasus Imaging) in 1991 and as CEO has provided consistent leadership and strategic direction for the success of the company. Jack is actively involved with sales, product strategy, software development, and the necessary financial controls that have made Accusoft profitable year after year. In recent years, he has overseen Accusoft’s active merger and acquisition activities that have contributed to the company’s growth and product line expansion.
He is very involved with the local community and currently serves on the Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation, and Conservation Board and on the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP) site selection committee. Past local community organizations include serving as Chair on the Canal Advisory Committee, as chair of the NFL YET Tampa Bay Committee, and as a member of the Cone Ranch Technical Advisory Committee. Accusoft is Jack’s second company, as he founded and sold the successful computer hardware company IntelliCom during the 1980s. Jack earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Since 1995, Jim has been responsible for making sure the technology developed by the Accusoft (Pegasus Imaging) scientists is engineered into products to meet market requirements. His expertise lies in the areas of portability, various operating systems, CPU architecture, optimization and debugging. He ensures that Accusoft is consistent in development across products and technologies and in the products’ public programming interfaces. Jim also makes sure that products will be portable to new versions of Microsoft Windows and other environments including Solaris/Sparc, Macintosh and proprietary embedded O/S and CPU architectures.
His experience includes consulting for 10 years, programming in Windows, UNIX, QNX, MS DOS, assembly, C, Pascal, Visual Basic, and C++. Jim also brings previous experience in other technology areas, including assembly code for various operating systems, networks, and software development for the first IBM PC. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Cornell University.
Megan oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations at Accusoft. As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for setting product direction, go-to-market strategy, organizational goals, and operational plans for the company. Megan possesses extensive experience in strategic business management including marketing, organizational change, operations, and enterprise systems implementation. Having led teams for over 20 years, Megan combines her people management expertise and business acumen to lead Accusoft in their ongoing growth initiatives.
Anthony joined Accusoft in 2011, initially heading up the Finance & Accounting team, before taking over all administrative departments (Finance & Accounting, Budgeting, IT, HR and Facilities). His primary role at Accusoft is to assure that all the administrative groups effectively and efficiently provide the highest level of service to our internal customers.
Anthony, born and raised in Tampa, is heavily involved in the local community currently serving on the Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation, and Conservation Board (where he met Jack) and the Keystone Little League Board, where he is the VP of the Challenger Division. Past local community organizations include Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, the USF Alumni Association and the USF Accounting Circle Board. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Florida and is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Steve is responsible for Accusoft’s product management and engineering teams. During his time with the company, Steve has transitioned through several roles, including directing development for several product areas. Steve left Accusoft in 2013 to build and run the engineering team for a local startup. Since rejoining the company, Steve has been focused on building the product organization and launching Accusoft’s new end-user SaaS product offerings. In his spare time, you can find Steve boating and fishing with his family on the waters surrounding Tampa Bay.
John joined Accusoft as a Development Manager in 2014 and is now the Vice President of Engineering. His duties include managing the PrizmDoc Product family as well as the Architecture team. Additionally John serves as an Agile coach here at Accusoft. Before joining Accusoft, John spent 15 years in the healthcare information technology field building and designing client-server, desktop, and SaaS-based practice management and EHR software.
Ian is responsible for the development and oversight of Accusoft’s marketing and sales infrastructure, systems and processes. This includes CRM, marketing automation, Product Marketing and the Accusoft lead funnel. With a dedication to continuous improvement and unwavering results, Ian’s professional journey is anchored in the belief that effective Sales and Marketing operations are at the core of organizational prosperity. By harnessing technology, promoting cross-functional teamwork, Ian is driven to propel Accusoft towards their revenue objectives.
Jindy joined Accusoft as the Sr. Director of Sales in 2022. She is responsible for the revenue growth and retention of the organization. She oversees the sales organization to include the direct sales teams, sales development, sales engineering, and customer success teams. She cares for Accusofts go-to-market sales strategy and Accusofts customer experience. Prior to joining Accusoft, Jindy has spent 15+ years leading high growth sales teams in organizations from small organizations to large fortune 1000 companies.
Ryan Calvin, Senior Director of Human Resources for Accusoft, is responsible for leading the organization’s overarching people and culture strategy. Ryan is an outcome-driven Human Resources leader with 15+ years of experience creating and delivering multi-national HR programs spanning across company sizes, industries, and business maturity. Her strategic and operational background includes guiding HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner teams. Ryan’s passion for creating a people-first leadership culture in which employees can grow, thrive, and feel they belong supports company-wide growth and scaling initiatives. Ryan resides in Clearwater, Florida with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not working hard to make Accusoft a great place to work, you can find her traveling, spending time on the water, and finding creative ways to keep her kiddos entertained.
Jennifer serves as Senior Director of Marketing for Accusoft, where she oversees all marketing functions for the company’s diverse range of products. With more than two decades of B2B SaaS marketing experience, she is dedicated to developing revenue-driven marketing programs that highlight Accusoft’s innovative products and purpose-driven initiatives. She has significant expertise in leading high-performing teams and executing impactful marketing strategies across various disciplines including lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, branding, events, and public relations.
