PrizmDoc Viewer - Template-Based Forms Demo

Create text fields directly in the viewer, producing customized forms that can be filled-in, signed, and completed online. Add signatures, initials, text boxes, dates, and checkboxes to forms, indicating which fields are mandatory. Users can also assign roles to fields, allowing only role-based interaction on documents which multiple people will review, edit, sign, and save.
