Regardless of the varied file formats coming into the system, Prizm Content Connect can convert the content to a standard format, making it easier to share and secure information internally, with external partners and customers as well.

Using SharePoint's User Management and Permissions you can control what functionality each user can access. Functions including Print, Save, and Copy can be controlled on a per user or per group level. Prizm Content Connect's Digital Rights Management (DRM) integration allows you to specify permissions through a user interface or an easy to use API. Prizm Content Connect's AJAX document viewer is not based on virtual printer technology, which requires documents to be served from a queue one at a time to the end users. Prizm Content Connect's thin client document viewer is based on a Multiple Tenancy Concept, allowing multiple users to access documents at the same time.
